Expert Lawyer AI Agent

I built a WhatsApp agent for a law firm to handle the first conversation with a prospective client. It answers questions, gathers the facts of a case, and books a Google Meet directly on a lawyer’s calendar.

The workflow connects client intake and scheduling in the same conversation, without requiring someone at the firm to coordinate each step manually.

From a message to a meeting

The agent replies to incoming WhatsApp messages around the clock and in multiple languages. It asks the questions needed for a first assessment of the case, then schedules a call on the lawyer’s calendar.

Connecting the workflow

The application runs on Node.js, with LangChain for the conversational workflow. The WhatsApp Business API connects it to incoming messages; the Google Calendar API handles meeting scheduling.
